Hosted on their restaurant terrace, the signature menu is prepared byaward-winning Arab pitmaster HattemMattar, while Nickand Scott add their finishing touch and signature beverages to the afternoon offering. The menu includespastrami brisketandwings a perfect selection for meat-lovers - while other BBQ favourites includesflame grilled long peppers with sea salt, Datterino tomato and baby basil, aged balsamicandgrilled corn (on the cob) confit red onion andtarragon salad.
At AED 395 per person, the BBQ is paired with a three-hour beverage package which includes a selection of beers, cocktails, red and white wine, making it the perfect way to spend a Saturday afternoon.
