Atim Suyatim, the accomplished Executive Chef and Brand Development Chef at Taaza Quality Foodstuff Trading, has been recognized in Hozpitality’s Best 30 Powerlist of Chefs in the Middle East for 2025. With over 30 years of experience, Chef Atim has established himself as a leader in healthy food trends, recipe engineering, and food sustainability, making significant contributions to the global culinary industry.
Born in Indonesia, Chef Atim is passionate about promoting global cuisine and preserving culinary heritage. He spearheaded the first Indonesian Cuisine International Competition outside Indonesia, held in Dubai in 2024, which brought together chefs from 19 countries to celebrate Indonesia’s rich culinary traditions.
Currently serving as Head of Culinary Production at Taaza Healthy Food Industries, Chef Atim combines his expertise in food innovation with a commitment to sustainability. He also holds key roles as Vice President of Public Relations at the Emirates Culinary Guild and a Committee Member at Worldchefs Cultural Cuisine and Heritage Food.
Chef Atim’s achievements include representing the UAE as a Jury Member at the Worldchefs Global Finals in Malaysia (2018) and Abu Dhabi (2022). His dedication to culinary excellence earned him the prestigious Gold Winner – Executive Chef of the Year 2024 at the Middle East Hospitality Excellence Awards.
