In 2017, Assem joined Radisson Hotel Group, taking on the Food and Beverage Manager role in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia. By December 2019, Assem moved to Oman, continuing his tenure with Radisson Blu, overseeing food and beverage operations across multiple outlets. His hands-on approach, combined with his ability to lead diverse teams, significantly impacted the property's success.
