With a clear "people first" approach, ARK People Solutions works with a large spectrum of clients in 7 locations within the Middle East, ranging from giga projects and international and homegrown brands to smaller inspirational start-ups, covering people strategy, talent acquisition, learning, brand experience, pre-opening, and outsourced HR services. Prior to starting his company, Aseem was one of the original members of the team of Emaar Hospitality Group, which launched brands like Address Hotels & Resorts, Vida Hotels & Resorts, Armani Hotels & Resort, and Rove Hotels, where Aseem was responsible for strategic talent & culture direction and business deliverables of human resources with a keen focus to enable the operations and build a pipeline of talent for global expansion of the Group. In addition, driving a strong and efficient shared services approach within the function whilst keeping the people experience, automation, and digital transformation at the forefront were core areas of his focus.
