With over 16 years of experience, Antia has played a crucial role in shaping HR operations at Dubai Golf, which includes prominent venues such as Emirates Golf Club, Jumeirah Golf, and Topgolf Dubai, all under the Wasl Asset Management Group. Her strategic approach to human capital management, employee development, and training programs has significantly contributed to the organization’s success in building a skilled, motivated workforce.
In addition to her work at Dubai Golf, Antia’s extensive background includes various leadership positions in the UAE and the Philippines. She has served as an Executive Assistant and HR professional in major organizations, including Salam International, MetroPacific, Asiatrust Bank, and Active Bank. She has also provided administrative and HR support to institutions such as Dubai Creek Golf & Yacht Club.

Antia is an alumna of the University of Santo Tomas, where she earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and Management. There, she was involved in student leadership activities such as PAX Romana and the Student Council.
