With over 12 years of culinary experience, Anoop has a deep passion for cooking, a keen eye for detail, and a solid commitment to delivering exceptional dishes that exceed guests' expectations. Throughout his career, he has demonstrated outstanding skills in managing a team of chefs and kitchen staff, creating innovative menus, and overseeing daily operations in a fast-paced environment.
Anoop has proven his culinary prowess by expertly managing various aspects of the kitchen, from creating dishes according to menu requirements to ensuring the highest quality hospitality services. Under his supervision, the kitchen has maintained excellent quality standards while maximizing profitability through efficient cost controls.
During his time with DoubleTree by Hilton, Anoop has made significant contributions by helping to elevate the guest dining experience through his creative approach to cooking, menu development, and quality assurance. Anoop's journey in the hospitality industry began at Hilton Hotels Worldwide, where he served as a chef de partie and demi chef de partie, honing his culinary skills over four years in Dubai. Subsequently, he worked at the Sports Authority of India as Chef-in-Charge, where he was recognized for his leadership and food production capabilities. His work experience at Rotana Hotel Management Corporation PJSC and Hyatt Regency further enriched his skills and expertise in delivering exceptional culinary standards.
His academic background in Business Administration and Management from the SVKM's Narsee Monjee Institute of Management Studies and a Bachelor of Science in Hospitality and Hotel Administration from the Institute of Hotel Management, Catering Technology, and Applied Nutrition have provided Anoop with a solid foundation in the hospitality and culinary fields.
