Adrian Stoppe brings 20 years of experience in hospitality industry.
April 2019 (Abu Dhabi, UAE) – Qasr Al Sarab Desert Resort by Anantara is pleased to announce the appointment of Adrian Stoppe as the new general manager. Adrian joins the photogenic resort, which has recently been awarded as the World’s Most Instagrammable Hotel by the preeminent travel publication Luxury Travel Advisor.
Previously general manager at Anantara Si Kao Krabi Resort, Anantara Dhigu Resort, Anantara Veli Resort and Naladhu Private Island Maldives, Adrian has held management positions on three continents during a varied and challenging 20-year hospitality career. His globetrotting career path so far has taken him to leading hotels in Germany, USA, Austria, Thailand, Malaysia, and Maldives.
While acting as general manager at Anantara Si Kao Krabi Resort, Adrian successfully repositioned the hotel to become a regional leader in sustainability and CSR, and won the property a Minor Hotel Sustainability Award for the development of their Dugong Education and Conservation Centre.
