The Signature 3combines the Modern Greek cuisine inspired by the internationally renowned MAZI restaurant, the flavorsome South East Asian dishes of Sontaya and the creative recipes of Pacific Rim region from the legendary Budha-Bar Beach. Guest and visitors will embark on a journey around the world, full of tastes and flavors and have the opportunity to experience it all in one place.

Located at the lobby level, The Signature 3 opens daily from mid-day to late evening and extends over three distinctive areas ideal for dining, lounging and relaxation. Respecting the space of privacy this sophisticated venue has been revamped and welcomes guests indoors and outdoors offering at the same time uncompromising panoramic views of the Saadiyat Island Beach and the resort.
In addition to the concept a special corner of grapes has been created to introduce a creative selection of world renowned wines, a collection of single malt and not only whiskeys from countries around the globe and a variety of well-known cognac brands. The Wine Library will allow guests to learn more on grapes and each regions varieties, the tasting notes and the different scents of fruits and ingredients they include. They will be able to select the wine that best suits their preferences and accompany their flavorful lunch or dinner. In addition and extending further from the wines, the Wine Library with its selection of single malt whiskey and cognac, will certainly enrich and satisfy the guilty pleasure and subtlety of smoking a good cigar.
In addition theDrawing Roomis creatively presenting a seductive corner of homemade French and freshly baked pastries, desserts and specialty hot and cold coffees.Head Pastry Chef Hamzhhas carefully curated a selection of healthy options varying from Gluten Free Carrot Cakes, to Matcha Tea Cheese Cake, to Honey Greek Yoghurt cake and many more. The Drawing Room opens daily from early morning until late evening, anticipates the welcoming of all coffee lovers, afternoon tea aficionados and pastry and dessert fans to experience and indulge into the sweet side of life.
