Bringing over 15 years of experience in hospitality leadership
Dubai, UAE - Aloft Palm Jumeirah is pleased to announce the appointment of Neleem Arif, as General Manager of the stylish four-star property.
Neleem will be joining the hotel with over 15 years of experience in hospitality leadership, which includes managing and motivating property teams to ensure they achieve high performance results.
In his role of General Manager of the hotel, Neleem will oversee the offerings of the hotel, ensuring that all are seamlessly provided, over and above supervising operations of all departments and the Aloft Palm Jumeirah team.
Naleem brings years of expertise from Marriott International having worked across esteemed Marriott properties in the United Kingdom and United Arab Emirates, including Leicester Marriott Hotel, JW Marriot, Marriott Al Forsan and Courtyard by Marriott.
Adaptable and multifaceted, the hospitality professional began his career in 2003 when he worked as a management graduate at the famed JW Marriott Hotel, Dubai for three years. He was then promoted to the Restaurant and Bar Manager, a role which he excelled in for two years.
After amassing years of experience in the United Arab Emirates, Neleem then moved briefly to United Kingdom, in January 2010 where he was appointed as the Director of Operations at the Northampton Marriott Hotel. After his first year as the Director of Operations, the revenue growth of the hotel increased by 9.2%, making it the highest year on year sales growth in the north of the UK that year. His hard work was recognised at the Continental HR Awards where he was awarded , after his associate engagement score was rated at 92%.
