Before taking on his role at The Tower Plaza Hotel Dubai in May 2023, Hammouda spent several years as the Food and Beverage Manager at Rotana Hotel Management Corporation PJSC, where he contributed to the success of multiple hotels across Dubai. His expertise was further honed in his previous positions, including Assistant Food and Beverage Manager at Southern Sun Hotels and Al Bustan Hotel & Residence, where his operational insight and leadership made a significant impact on service delivery.

He holds a Diploma and Certificate in Hotel Management of Restaurant and Bar Service from The International British Institute in Egypt, where he excelled with an “A” grade.
