Ahmed's career in hospitality began in 2009 when he took on the role of a data entry clerk at Towers Rotana. Despite his initial background in law, having graduated from the Faculty of Law in Egypt, Ahmed's passion for the hospitality industry quickly became evident. His dedication and natural leadership abilities enabled him to rise through the ranks swiftly. Starting as a Front Desk Agent (FDA) and later becoming a Team Leader, he demonstrated a keen understanding of guest services and team dynamics.
In 2014, Ahmed transitioned to Beach Rotana, where he served as the Front Desk Manager. This role allowed him to further refine his skills in guest relations and team management. His ability to lead and inspire his team set him apart, and his contributions were instrumental in elevating the guest experience at the hotel.
Ahmed's leadership journey continued at Burjuman Rotana in 2018, where he took on the role of Front Office Manager. Here, he demonstrated his operational expertise and strategic thinking, ensuring seamless front-office operations while fostering a culture of excellence within his team. His success in this role paved the way for his current position as Director of Front Office at Fujairah Rotana, which he assumed in 2022.
