Clean
The main task of the housekeeping maid service is to clean the rooms and public areas. You cannot feel a proper comfortable environment if it’s not clean and tidy. For proper cleaning, correct methods should be used; a combination of efficient process, proper tools and trained brilliant staff can complete the task easily.

There is no use if there is no comfort. The housekeeping department contributes to the comfortable furnishings and every minute tasks related to the convenience of the guest to make them feel happy.

Another aspect of cleaning is ensuring the safety of guests. The cleaning staff do everything possible to ensure that the guest is not in danger, or susceptible to any accidents. You should be aware of circumstances that can cause accidents: loose tiles, wobbly chair, burned out exit light, and act promptly to fix them. They also get very close to the personal belongings and documents of the guests when cleaning the room. It is therefore your responsibility to keep all personal information confidential.
