Chef Sunera Perera's menus aim to elevate the culinary offerings of the two outlets.

UAE, RAK, February 8, 2022 – To kick off the new year, Hilton Garden Inn Ras Al Khaimah launches a brand-new menu to enjoy as guests bask in the sunshine at the hotel’s signature bars by the garden and the pool. Created by the hotel’s new Head Chef Sunera Perera, the menus aim to elevate the culinary offerings of the two outlets. Chef Senura also aims to add a one-of-a-kind foodie experience, as infusing Sri Lankan flavors into Italian cuisine onto the two new menus.

Make the most of the pristine pool at the property while indulging in some delicious poolside bites, with an option to choose a Garden Bar Combo for appetizers, Homemade Truffle Tortellini Pasta as a main and some Sticky Toffee Pudding for dessert.

The Sri Lankan Kottu, newly added to the menu, is the perfect example of authentic Sri Lankan Street food, which is known for its distinctive taste and bursting flavors and caters to both vegetarians and meat-eaters. The menu also offers Crispy Shrimp Bang Bang, followed by Butter Chicken Curry for mains and Baileys Cheesecake for dessert.

No poolside menu is complete without a selection of Italian dishes prepared with a twist by Chef Sunera, perfect for those who like to adventure with flavor. The menu offers a not-so-classic Spaghetti Bolognese slowly cooked in tomato and dark chocolate, topped with Grana Padano cheese.
