Hilton Garden Inn New Delhi/Saket appoints new Executive Chef
Biswarup has been named as the Executive Chef at the 115 room Hilton Garden Inn New Delhi/Saket.
He is a self-motivated and passionate professional with more than 10 years of experience in managing culinary operations including pre-opening and rebranding of outlets. Prior to joining Hilton Garden Inn Saket, Chef Biswarup has worked with reputed brands like Banyan Tree, Grand Palladium, Accor and Taj Hotels across India, Maldives, Mexico and The Carribean. He was also part of the pre-opening team of Hilton Bangalore Embassy Golf Links in the year 2014.
Chef Biswarup has diverse culinary expertise which spans across Italian, French, Mexican, Jamaican, Pan American and Asian cuisines and loves to blend elements of these cuisines in menus that he loves to curate. He is a versatile trainer who thoroughly enjoys sharing his knowledge and skills with his culinary colleagues to build a strong and skilled team.
When away from work, he loves playing table tennis, trying his hands-on new dishes and spending his time by being around his family & friends and travelling.
Chef is a hospitality graduate in Bachelors Hotel and Hospitality Management from NCHMCT, Institute of Hotel Management, Kolkata.
When he's not wearing his chef's cap, he delights in immersing himself in online trading, exploring off-the-beaten-path destinations, and displaying an exceptional talent for playing snooker.
