Responsibilities :
Manage Reservations:
Handle incoming reservations via phone, email, or online booking systems, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
Provide Information:
Offer information about room rates, availability, hotel amenities, and services to potential guests.
Confirm Reservations:
Confirm guest reservations, send confirmation emails, and assist with any modifications or cancellations.
Customer Service:
Provide excellent customer service, addressing any inquiries or concerns from guests related to their booking or stay.
Upselling and Promotion:
Promote additional services, packages, or upgrades to guests to maximize revenue.
Record Keeping:
Maintain and update guest records, ensuring all reservation details are accurately logged and stored.
Coordination with Other Departments:
Coordinate with front desk, housekeeping, and other departments to ensure smooth guest experiences.
Handle Special Requests:
Address guest requests for special accommodations, such as room preferences, accessibility needs, or particular amenities.
Track Availability:
Regularly check room availability and ensure that the booking system reflects up-to-date information.
Problem Resolution:
Resolve issues with reservations, such as overbookings or guest complaints, ensuring customer satisfaction.
Assist with Payment Processing:
Handle payment information, ensure proper billing, and assist with any payment-related issues.
Adhere to Policies and Procedures:
Follow company policies regarding reservations, cancellations, and modifications, ensuring compliance with industry standards.
