Empowering Survivors and Raising Awareness for Breast Cancer
Four Points by Sheraton production City, Dubai is proud to announce a heartfelt celebration of Pinktober, a month dedicated to breast cancer awareness and support. Throughout October, Four Points by Sheraton Production City, Dubai went above and beyond to honor survivors and raise awareness about the importance of early detection and treatment.
The highlight of the Pinktober month was a heartwarming luncheon where breast cancer survivors came together to connect, share their stories, and inspire one another. The event proved to be a powerful platform for survivors to strengthen bonds and offer hope to those facing similar battles. Guests were moved by the courage and resilience displayed by these extraordinary individuals.
In addition to the survivor luncheon, the hotel also organized an awareness talk open to both staff and guests. Medical professionals provided insights on breast cancer prevention, early detection, and the importance of regular screenings. The talk was followed by on-site testing, ensuring that the information was immediately actionable and beneficial to all attendees.
As part of the Pinktober initiative, Four Points by Sheraton Production City, Dubai introduced special Pink Smoothies to its menu throughout the month. All the proceeds from the sales of these delightful pink beverages were generously donated to the Al Jalila Foundation, a noble cause dedicated to medical research and healthcare support.
