Chef Alam has prepared a month-long feast highlighting India’s rich culinary heritage
Dubai, UAE, 3 August 2020 - Combining tantalizing flavours with invigorating aroma, the two Purani Dilli restaurants in Dubai have joined forces to bring you a month-long feast. The festival will start from 6th to 22nd August at Purani Dilli Dubai on Mankool Road, moving to Purani Dilli Sheikh Zayed Road from 23rd August to 5th September 2020.
Chef Alam special menu, available for lunch and dinnerisdominated by traditional flavours and featuresdishes that trace its roots to Indias rich culinary heritage. Drawing inspiration from regional specialties of India, with the addition of dishes from royal Mughal kitchens, the menu highlights Indias flavours in its most authentic form.
The culinary experts have prepared every dish with great attention to detail, using choice cuts of meat, fresh catches of the day, mixed with rich homemade spices and the freshest produce.Expect mouth-watering vegetarian and meat kebabs such as Roohani Jheenga, Mushroom Malai Galouti and Tala Hua Gosht.
