ABOUT THE FUNCTION
To lead and manage the day-to-day operations of the EHG hotel to ensure that the hotel's objectives and strategic goals are delivered. The role holder ensures a focus on driving maximum financial performance, guest satisfaction and employee engagement. Fundamentally, the role holder is responsible for ensuring that all aspect of hotel operations reflect and deliver the standards of the EHG brand experience. In business units with Hotel Manager as the highest authority, the role holder will be responsible for the commercial success of the business, supporting and challenging the revenue and sales teams to reach room targets, to drive the food and beverage and SPA financial success and productivity, manage leasing's and ROI revenues as well as working with the marketing function to ensure successful and positive marketing campaigns and PR for the hotel.
