Role Description

This is a full-time onsite role in Dubai, United Arab Emirates, for an eCommerce Specialist who will be responsible for managing, updating and optimizing the Dream Inn's digital presence·

Marketing

Track and evaluate marketing performance indicators to refine campaign strategies.
Undertake research on competitors as required.
Write and edit content that will be published on our website and booking portals.
Plans and execute all web, email, social media, and display advertising campaigns.
Measures and reports performance of all digital marketing campaigns and assesses against goals (ROI and KPIs).
Collaborate with revenue and reservation departments to plan and execute strategies to boost revenue.

OTA Management

Manage and optimize listings across various booking platforms such as Airbnb, Booking.com, Expedia, etc.
Manage and monitor the company's online presence and reviews across various booking platforms.
Create appropriate content and maintaining online presence up to date.
Analyze properties online performance to identify opportunities and implement necessary actions.
