Job Description For Marketing Coordinator

The Marketing Coordinator will support the Marketing Manager in executing innovative marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility and drive business growth. The ideal candidate is a creative thinker with excellent organizational skills, a data-driven mindset, and a passion for engaging with customers across digital and traditional channels.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, implement, and track marketing campaigns across various channels, including social media, email, and paid advertising.
• Conduct market research to identify customer preferences, emerging trends, and competitor activities, providing insights for campaign adjustments.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to create promotional content, such as graphics, videos, and copy for social media, website, and email marketing.
• Assist in the planning and organization of promotional events and product launches, ensuring brand consistency and effective audience engagement.
• Monitor and report on campaign performance metrics (e.g., engagement, conversion rates, ROI), using data to suggest improvements.
• Manage and update content on the company website and other digital platforms to ensure accuracy and relevance.
• Support budget management, ensuring all marketing activities align with financial guidelines and deadlines.

Qualifications:

• Degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
• One to three years of experience in marketing, ideally within a similar industry.
• Proficiency in digital marketing tools (e.g., Google Analytics, social media platforms, email marketing software).
• Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed recommendations.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively and manage multiple projects with attention to detail.
• Prior experience working with a 3-4 star hotels

Preferred Skills:

• Familiarity with design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite) is a plus.
• Basic understanding of SEO and content management systems (e.g., WordPress).
• Experience with social media strategy and content creation.
