Job Summary: We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Manager to oversee the daily operations of our boutique hotel. The ideal candidate must be a team player with excellent managerial skills, a keen eye for the details that make a memorable guest experience, and a passion for hospitality.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage the day-to-day operations of the hotel, ensuring high standards of service and guest satisfaction
Oversee housekeeping and Food & Beverage departments
Lead and motivate staff, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment
Implement and maintain efficient systems and processes
Handle guest complaints and resolve issues promptly
Act as a friendly and approachable face for guests and staff

Qualifications:
Minimum age: 28 years
Fluent in English
Degree or diploma in Hospitality Management, with a focus on housekeeping and Food & Beverage
Proven experience in hospitality management and team leadership
Strong organizational and administrative skills
Proficiency in Google Products (Drive, Sheets, Docs)
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills
Sociable and enthusiastic with a natural ability to host
Good understanding of property maintenance, purchasing, quality standards, and cost control
Requirements:
Must already reside in Kochi or be willing to relocate
Committed, organized, reliable, and composed under pressure
