Job Description – Marketing Manager Role
- Establishing the core brand positioning and communications framework for global markets (UAE, GCC, UK) by leveraging multiple marketing channels to constantly promote business.
- Tracking performance analytics to convert results into actionable insights for the business.
- Implementing comprehensive multi-channel marketing strategies by harnessing research and data-driven insights to strengthen brand awareness, consumer engagement and to create a lasting value for the brand and its stakeholders.
- Leading the entire planning and execution of events, campaigns, programs & strategic alliances of the business worldwide.
- Developing & executing successful organic & paid digital marketing campaigns across various platforms with successful results. Write, review and edit copy for property websites, online marketing promotions, advertising, PR, menus, brochures, flyers, posters, promotional material and miscellaneous collateral.
- Developing annual marketing calendars and budgets.
- Working closely with a creative agency and assist in creative design to develop and create seasonal activity guides, such as Spring, Summer and Winter activities and events within specified timeline; assist with creation of campaign posters, flyers, brochures and other collateral.
- Curating PR events in collaboration with the event companies and internally with the operation team and curate online content
- Executing CRM & eBlasts timeline as detailed in the marketing plan. Database maintenance therein.
- Maintaining the execution and inventory of brand programs. Organizing photoshoots and video shoots pertaining to brand requirement.
- Working with team to support goals through creation of b-to-b initiatives and offers. This includes but is not limited to developing printed collateral to support direct team and guests.
- Creating and maintaining quarterly promotional strategy calendar building off of goals laid out in annual business plan.
- Creating monthly/quarterly reports and presentations to report ROI for marketing initiatives to share with corporate and ownership teams.
- Working closely with operation team to support revenue generation and driving additional covers.
- Creating and managing influencer strategy and maintain influencer lists and relationships and doing full-fledged influencer marketing.
- Developing and overseeing all promotions, special events, and regional festivals and campaigns from start to finish
- Maintaining high level of engagement with local event/tourist/corporate community and the ability to create and build profitable partnerships.
- Reviewing and editing advertising copy and PR materials for accuracy.
- Maintaining flexible work schedule for coverage during press visits, video shoots, photo shoots, special events etc.
- Working with Marketing tools and platforms: Open Table, Hootsuite, EMMA (Email marketing platform), Yelp, Trip Advisor, Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, and more.
Candidate should preferably have previous experience in a similar role with reputed hospitality organizations.
