INDIA REIMAGINED AT ARMANI/AMAL
Home to a definitive repertoire of contemporary Indian cuisine, Armani/Amal ups its game for a new dining season with the introduction of a newly expanded la carte menu.
In addition to a 6-course tasting menu and trio of three-course set sharing menus (Anise, Cumin and Saffron) for diners who find it hard to decide, guests can also dive into our sampling platters with a choice of vegetarian, grill, tandoor and meat/seafood.
For purists who prefer to explore the entire menu, we recommend trying our innovative take on classic patties with kale, Swiss chard and edamame ki tikki served with mint yoghurt, a cross-cultural chicken tikka quesadilla and scallop balchao for starters. Tandoor specialities feature rosemary-scented gulmehendi murgh tikka and masala black cod (an all-time favourite) while signature main dishes include bharwan murgh korma corn-fed chicken breast stuffed with foie gras, masala mince, with a black truffle korma and the divine hariyali halibut.
For traditionalists, we still have our classic poultry, meat, seafood and biryani collection, while vegetarians are spoilt for choice do try the broccolini and asparagus poriyal and truffle paneer kofta. Be warned, our dedicated servers wont let you leave before trying at least one dessert, We know youll love the sharing kulfi platter with falooda, and our achingly sweet gajar halwa pairs wonderfully with a cup of Earl Grey tea. Dining with us as the weather cools? Book early for an al fresco table on our newly reopened terrace.
