In Honour of the 52nd UAE National Day, Address Sky View Collaborates with Emirati Artist Faezeh Mohammed Hassan to Celebrate Art, Culture and History
The talented Emirati artist will showcase three of her vibrant, culture-rich paintings in the lobby of Address Sky View from 30th November to 5th December 2024. Guests can also savour a lavish afternoon tea at Patisserie, priced at AED 250 per person or unwind at the traditional Middle Eastern treatment at The Spa for AED 1,800.
Dubai, UAE (26 November 2024): As UAE National Day, now known as Eid Al Etihad quickly approaches, Address Sky View has collaborated with an Emirati artist, to take guests on a breath-taking artistic journey in celebration of Emirati culture and heritage. Throughout the festivities, the property will display an exclusive selection of the celebrated local artist Faezeh Mohammed Hassan’s remarkable works in the expansive lobby area, highlighting the nation’s rich heritage and unmistakable identity. To further elevate the experience, guests can opt to indulge in a sumptuous afternoon tea at Patisserie or a rejuvenating UAE National Day Essence Escape treatment at The Spa, promising a UAE National Day that is as culturally rich as it is luxurious.
In the rich tapestry of Middle Eastern art, Faezeh Mohammed Hassan emerges as a standout figure, renowned for her blend of realism and Orientalist art. Her style showcases a deep passion for plein-air art, capturing the vibrant colours and dynamic light of outdoor scenes with a focus on ochre, symbolising happiness and warmth. Having grown up in the UAE, the heritage of her homeland and the words of leaders like Sheik Mohammed bin Rashid, who emphasised the importance of having a passion in life, played a significant role in her pursuit of art.
Amongst the three artworks displayed in the grand lobby are portraits of His Highness Sheikh Mohamed bin Zayed Al Nahyan and His Highness Sheikh Zayed bin Sultan Al Nahyan. Both pieces reflect Faezeh’s signature realist style with warm, golden, and ochre shades, giving them an almost ethereal appearance. Additionally, Address Sky View will showcase Faezeh’s interpretation of the Dubai skyline, featuring cool tones and expressive brush strokes, revealing an urban oasis amidst the desert.
