In a pledge to give back and support breast cancer awareness month, Address Beach Resort has partnered with Al Jalila Foundation, to help raise awareness in the importance of early detection of breast cancer and investing in local breast cancer research.
To honour the partnership, Address Beach Resort introduces a decadent afternoon tea for the month of October, from which a percentage of the profits will go towards supporting breast cancer research and treatment in UAE.
Featuring a quintessential tea experience and priced at AED 288, the PINKtober Afternoon Tea menu includes a multi-tiered showcase of truffle inspired creations that have been crafted with organic and warm flavours. Standout treats include the smoked organic salmon sandwich with citrus sour cream and caper berry topped with Kewpie sauce for a perfect indulgence of sweet and savory. For a delicious ending to the perfect afternoon, the afternoon tea experience offers a medley of delicate sweet treats likePink Strawberry Mille-Feuilleandthe Pistachio RaspberryEclair.
The elevated experience ends with a 23K Pink Lychee soda, and fine loose-leaf tea or coffee embodied with light floral undertones and smooth grassy fragrances for the perfect ending to a refined afternoon.

Al Jalila Foundation in partnership with Brest Friends is a forerunner in raising awareness on the importance of early detection of breast cancer, furthering patient support with medical treatment and investing in local breast cancer research.
Brest Friends is the first breast cancer support group in the UAE established in 2005 by Dr Houriya Kazim, the UAEs first female surgeon, where patients and survivors meet monthly to learn, share experiences and offer moral and emotional support to each other which has shown to be instrumental in a womans healing process. Through partnership with Al Jalila Foundation in 2015, Brest Friends is further empowered to fulfil its goals and raise funds for breast cancer research and treatment in the UAE
