The Role
Wyndham is looking for a sales leader who will lead a growing and diverse team of sellers focused on identifying, developing, and nurturing customer relationships to drive consistent revenue growth within the Corporate Majors and New Business Development segments. The ideal candidate will play a hands-on role by providing strategic sales direction, coaching a team of Corporate Sales Directors, and providing the Senior Director of New Business Development with guidance and leadership. This individual will oversee sales planning, execution of sales strategies, and sales forecasting resulting in improved pipeline generation, deal sizes and win rates. The VP is a leadership role within the sales organization and is expected to drive synergies across not only the Corporate and New Business Development teams but all segments of GSO.
