JOB SUMMARY
Marriott front desk jobs can include a variety of roles, such as Front Desk Agent, Front Office Associate, Front Desk Clerk, and Front Desk Manager:
Greets and registers guests, provides service, and settles accounts. They may also welcome and Engages guests in conversation about their stay, property services, and attractions. They may also provide information about outlets, staff, services, room locations, rates, and discounts. Acknowledge guests, anticipate and address their needs, and assist people with disabilities.
Processes check-ins by confirming reservations, assigning rooms, and issuing room keys. They may also process payments, check-outs, and resolve late or disputed charges.
Provide information to guests about: outlets, staff and services, including hours of operation, room locations, types of rooms, room rates and discounts. Partner with and assist others to promote an environment of teamwork and achieve common goals. Process payments and follow all payment and cash handling procedures.
