As a Guest Relations Executive, you will be ensuring the delivery of our brand promise and providing exceptional guest service at all times. Handling guest and internal customer inquiries and complaints with courtesy and efficiency, ensuring we resolve issues satisfactorily. You will also assist to improve productivity and maximize profit while staying true to our brand promise.
You will react to customer feedback on Medallia, Booking.com and TripAdvisor and implement necessary changes promptly. Collaboration is Key, and therefore, you will need to work closely with the Food and Beverage department to ensure promotions and menu items can be offered to guest for upsell alternatives.
