Description
1.Ensures that the Food and Beverage activities are aligned with the respective Corporate Strategy, and that the Hotel Actions have been implemented where appropriate.
2.Oversees the preparation and update of individual Departmental Operations Manuals.
3.Conducts regular divisional communications meetings and ensures that departmental briefings and meetings are effective and conducted as necessary.
4.Ensures that all employees deliver the brand promise and provide exceptional guest service at all times.
5.Handles all guest and internal customer complaints and inquiries in a courteous and efficient manner, following through to make sure problems are resolved satisfactorily.
6.Maintains positive guest and colleague interactions with good working relationships.
7.Coordinates the preparation of the Annual Business Plan for Food and Beverage.
8.Provides feedback on the results of the Consumer Audit and ensures that the relevant changes are implemented.
Qualifications
1. Bachelor's degree and relevant experience in hotel or catering management
2. Have 1-2 years of relevant experience as a director of the catering department, with priority given to hiring someone with experience working at Hyatt
3. Possess experience in departmental operations and management, and learn relevant work knowledge through work
4. Ability to operate computer equipment and catering related systems
5. Proficient in spoken, written, and reading English
6. Fluent in Chinese listening, speaking, reading, and writing
