Job Description
You will work in several different areas of the Kitchen, including a la carte, buffet, cold larder, mise-en-place and banquets. Experience in a range of different cooking styles and preparation techniques is essential. You will also be experienced and invested in the supervision, training and development of the Kitchen brigade.
Qualifications
You must have full working rights + shifts will include evenings and weekend work.
