Your responsibilities include:
• Be passionate about the Hotel industry and previous working experience is essential. • Obtains market share by developing marketing plans and programs for each service; directing promotional support;
• Maintain and promote a team work environment with effective and clear communication amongst co-workers; • Have in-depth knowledge of the Hotel Market in the GCC and UAE • Maintainsresearch database by identifying and assembling marketing information. • Sets short and long-term Marketing plans, and evaluate the effectiveness of the current marketing and sales programs;
• Determines annual and gross profit plans by forecasting and developing annual marketing quotas; • Carry out competitor’s analysis to ensure the company’s strategy is competing effectively;
• Monitor and keep up with trends in Social Media applications, strategy, and designs; • Accomplishes sales and marketing objectives by planning, developing, implementing and evaluating advertising, merchandising, and trade promotion programs;
• Assists with the development and implementation of promotions, both internal and external; • Act as a key resource to marketing peers for prospect & customer value scoring logic & analysis content engagement scoring & weighting to ensure maximum impact, effectiveness and ROI from execution of demand-generation & marketing automation programs
• Vertical Market Engagement –Develop and maintain relationships with key customers in hospitality industry and participate in trade associations and industry events to develop a thorough knowledge of segment drivers and customer needs • Works with leadership to initiate, execute, analyze and refine sales and other traffic- and revenue-generating programs, including online and offline tactics
• Provides guidance to lodging properties for message and brand alignment, marketing-related best practices • Consistently communicates with Commercial leader on project progress • Assist in the development of a media plan
• Send weekly marketing recap report to stakeholders • Vertical Market Positioning– Apply vertical market knowledge to create value propositions and marketing messages relevant to this vertical segment
• Sales Support –Develop marketing toolkits that educate field sales organizations and facilitate their understanding and promotion of solutions, and delivery of sales messages
• New System Introductions –Coordinate new system introduction to the market place
Candidate should preferably have previous experience in a similar role with reputed hospitality organizations.
